Terms of Service
Effective 1 September 2026. By creating a Lumora account, you agree to use the service for legitimate business work across tools you’re authorized to connect. You’re responsible for the instructions you give your agents and for keeping your account credentials secure.
Connected accounts
Lumora needs access to the third-party tools you choose to connect. You can revoke that access anytime from your settings, which pauses any agent that depends on it instead of letting it fail silently.
Acceptable use
Don’t use Lumora to send unsolicited bulk messages, to get around the limits or terms of the tools it connects to, or to reverse engineer or resell the platform. We’ll contact you before acting on a suspected violation unless doing so would cause harm.
Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance. You can cancel anytime from your settings, and access continues until the end of your billing period. We don’t offer prorated refunds for partial periods, but we’ll always fix genuine billing mistakes.
Privacy Policy
We collect account details, workspace settings, and data from the tools you choose to connect, limited to what your agents need to run. We never sell your data, and we never use it to train AI models.
Data retention and your rights
Activity history is kept for the period your plan includes and can be exported or deleted on request. You can access, export, or delete your data anytime from your settings or by emailing privacy@yourcompany.com. We process requests within 30 days.
Cookie Policy
Essential cookies keep you signed in and remember your preferences, and they can’t be turned off without breaking the product. Analytics cookies help us understand which features get used. Marketing cookies are used only on our website and are off by default for visitors in the EU and UK.
Limitation of liability
Lumora is provided as is. While we maintain 99.9% uptime and log every agent action for review, you remain responsible for reviewing flagged tasks and for the business outcomes of the agents you set up.
Data Processing
When Lumora processes personal data on your behalf, our Data Processing Addendum applies automatically as part of these terms, with no signature required. It covers processing scope, sub-processors, international transfers under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK Addendum, and our breach-notification commitments.
Sub-processors
We publish our current sub-processor list and give 30 days’ notice before adding a new one. Enterprise customers can subscribe to updates and object to a new sub-processor during that window.
Where data is stored
Workspace data is stored in the region you choose at signup, the US, EU, or UK, and stays there. Support access is logged and requires your explicit, time-limited approval.
