The origin
It started with a to-do list nobody wanted to own
Before Lumora, our founders led operations and engineering teams at fast-growing startups. Every team had the same problem: a long list of small, repetitive tasks that someone had to remember to do every single day.
The work was never hard. It was invisible until it went wrong, it lived in one person’s head, and it grew with every new customer. Hiring didn’t fix it. Another dashboard didn’t fix it. What helped was handing the work to something that never forgets.
So we built the first version of Lumora: describe the work in plain English, let an AI agent do it, and flag anything it isn’t sure about. It turned out almost every team had the same list, and the same need.

The tool leaves the building. Every early customer came from someone who had used it at a previous job.

Human approvals and a full record of every action arrive, and Lumora clears its first enterprise security reviews.
